Notes: dysonrules prompted me with "Angry Draco at Sunset". He turned out more pouty than angry, though. Hope it's okay anyway! The sunset became a bit overdramatic... Oh well. I'm testing out SAI after tip from this_bloody_cat and omg it's so much easier to draw in! Thank you so much for the tip :)

Yes! That's the thing that convinced me, being able to use both (because I'm not so good at vector art, and I'm not so good at pixel art either... but the combination of them seemed to work just fine :D)
