Definitely more edge there than in his son's eyes. He's got very kissable lips, but quite calculating eyes. Lucius's son, this one. I also like the outfit, it looks like a Muggle uniform or something Professor Snape would wear. And perhaps there's the same coolness about him. Except for the lips, they just won't obey that icy facade, would they? :D
Your art always says a lot about a character (or at least my vision of it).

He's a beaut! Love his very sensuous mouth, but I agree his eyes look like he's scheming / seducing. Such a fascinating mixture.

As for the fest etiquette, I believe personally it is better to wait until the fest has finished, but this is one of those unwritten things. There's no rule actually against it.

Oh, I love his eyes and eyebrows. He looks very mature here, like he's finally his own man or something. Fantastic. The hair, I love it look white-blood, his lips, and that nose and cheekbones. Beautiful.
